Welcome to Films at the Fitz, where the movies are interactive and the bar is always open. We screen modern-day classics and cult films and encourage you to recite your favorite lines, sing along with the songs, and dress up like the characters. We’ll even feature local bands and special guests in tune with our movie selections. Basically, #FilmsAtTheFitz is the most fun you can have at the movies, at your new favorite old movie house. This year we're celebrating MPR’s 50th Anniversary with five films from the past five decades.
This is a free event for members of Minnesota Public Radio but tickets must be reserved. Reserve your tickets online via Etix or contact the Fitzgerald Theater box office starting at noon on Thursday, Feb. 2. Two ticket limit per MPR member/email address.
