Mandolin and fiddle virtuoso Peter Ostroushko appears to be one of the most relaxed people on the planet. His thoughtful pauses are long enough to allow you to go for coffee and get back before he begins his answer. And that would be OK with him. All he wants is for you to be happy. But once he starts to speak, Peter describes himself as "always stressed out - that's a natural state for me," particularly as he prepares for his annual "Heartland Holiday" concert at the Fitzgerald Theater. That may be, but his music suggests otherwise.

Peter Ostroushko and pianist Dan Chouinard visited with Dale Connelly and Jim Ed Poole on the Morning Show.

Songs performed: "Christmas Bells of Belfast," "The Girl from the North Country," and "Old Shep."
