Umbrella Sequence perform in the Current studio

by Steve Seel and Umbrella Sequence

May 10, 2007

While the Minneapolis-based Umbrella Sequence utilize the basic guitar/drums/vocals of their indie-rock peers, they also use a smattering of laptops, drum machines, and an old-school Nintendo Gameboy to achieve their distinctive sound.

With the release of their second CD "Events" on May 11th, Umbrella Sequence is getting prepared to take their show on the road to help promote their new disc. The band stopped by the Current to play some material from their new CD and to talk with Steve Seel.

Songs performed: "Urban Lull," "At The Great Lake," and "Et Tu Forte."
