Four years after their wildly popular debut album, Solid Gold has returned with their follow-up full-length Eat Your Young. Dark and brooding themes are abound on this effort, the product of a long hiatus and change in pace.
The Hanson brothers, well known for their playing in a multitude of local bands, have been added to the line-up for this record, and Solid Gold's sound has never been better. Warm, experimental and challenging, Eat Your Young should be experienced in one listen without breaks. After laboring for years on these songs, the guys wouldn't want it any other way.
Songs performed: "The Pendulum," "Six Days" and "All The Way Until It Stops"
