The National graduate to the Chart Show Hall of Fame this week, ending at #9, as Dessa and The Avett Brothers drop off The Chart to welcome new entries from Phantogram, Deltron 3030, and Foals.

Local tracks from Jeremy Messersmith and Poliça climb to the top of The Chart as The Arcade Fire take #1. Meanwhile, Alt-J plummet to #15 and NONONO hold onto #13.
