Arctic Monkeys regain the top spot ahead of their sold out Valentines Day show at First Avenue. We've invited them in to do a special in-studio performance that afternoon, stay tuned for details on Thursday, Jan. 30 for a chance to get in on the action.

Remember, I do the special Greatest Love Songs show on V-Day, made entirely of your requests, so start thinking of what your fave love songs are. We'll start taking your suggestions online starting next Wednesday, Feb 5. Perhaps you'll request Phantogram's new single, "Fall in Love?" That track got a lot of love this week as the highest mover up the chart. Mary Lucia chatted with the group in our studios during their fall tour.

Vote for your favorites this week for a chance to win tickets to the sold out Arctic Monkeys show at First Avenue on Valentine's Day!

Two big Grammy winners are the highest new entries this week: Vampire Weekend's Modern Vampires of the City won best Alternative Album and Pharell won Producer of the Year.

Arcade Fire were also honored recently. Their score to Spike Jonze's new movie Her received praise at the Sundance Film Festival. Belle and Sebastian played there, too, and Stuart Murdoch of the band won an award for his first film God Help the Girl.

The other new entry is our old friend Andrew Bird. This "Pulaski at Night" is the only song with lyrics on the new album, Break It Yourself. He didn't want to wait for more songs to come to put it out. The instrumentals of simply his looped violin and a few whistles is a great soundtrack for driving around our snowy landscape!

There was a big tour announcement this week: Cage The Elephant, Foals and J. Roddy Walston are all on the bill for a show at the Myth on May 15. Tickets are now on sale.

Thanks to Chart acts Caroline Smith and Lizzo for being outstanding performers at our Birthday bash last weekend. They actually were on stage together in a long line of special guest appearances. See some awesome shots of the celebration and stand by for videos, too!
