Broken Bells are back at the top for the second week. After starting their tour here at First Avenue back in Feb., they've just announced additional dates including the State Theatre on Aug. 3 and Austin City Limits Festival which we'd love to send you to see because when you make a contribution to Minnesota Public Radio before May 7, you'll be entered for a chance to attend ACL this fall!

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win tickets to HAIM's sold out First Avenue show happening May 19!

Beck will be there in Austin, too; no date for the Twin Cities yet. And he's inducted into our Chart Hall of Fame for the first time!

Biggest mover, up eight places this week is tUnE-yArDs, whose album Nikki Nack is available as a First Listen from The Current before it releases May 6.

First Aid Kit are the highest new entry this week. The Swedish sisters went to Omaha to work with Bright Eye's Mike Mogis and the Omaha Symphony Orchestra. The new album Stay Gold will be released June 10. They play a sold out show at the Varsity Theater June 3.

HAIM are also new at #10 with a song that is featured in a recent Target commercial. The Californian sisters had a soccer playing Dad apparently so it's no surprise that they also sport the colors of the USA World Cup team, as featured at On The Ball this week.

We first heard Sam Smith singing with Disclosure, now he's out on his own winning the BBC's Sound of 2014 Poll and was recently the musical guest on Saturday Night Live. He's off to a meteoric rise as his album In The Lonely Hour just released out in the UK.

Temples were in town last week to play an almost full First Avenue. They mentioned in our in-studio session how honored they were to be playing the room on their first trip to MN and then on stage that night said that it was more people than would come to see them in Liverpool. "Maybe we should move here," says quipped lead singer James. ">See what else they had to say and some great black and white photos of the well togged out Brits.
