Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine's Dara Moskowitz-Grumdahl brings her extensive knowledge of the Midwest dining scene to Eating and Drinking.

This week Dara spoke to The Morning Show's Steve Seel about antibiotics in food. Dara discusses antibiotic resistant diseases and the problems with giving farm animals antibiotics. She also talks about the small farms that are off antibiotics and the fast food chains that are getting off the antibiotic band wagon.
