What songs do you want to hear for today's coffee break?
MPR Graphic / Tracy Kompelien

There was a story in the news recently about our neighboring state Wisconsin and their Gov. Scott Walker being told by the Dropkick Murphys that he couldn't use their music anymore because, "we actually hate you". This isn't the first time that an artist has told a politician to stop using their music.

What songs do you want to hear from artists that have told politicians to stop using their music?

Songs Played:

Silversun Pickups - "Panic Switch" (Mitt Romney)

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - "American Girl (Michele Bachmann)

Sam and Dave - "Hold On, I'm Comin'" (Barack Obama)

Talking Heads - "Road to Nowhere" (Charlie Crist)

MGMT - "Kids" (French President Sarkozy)

Heart - "Barracuda" (Sarah Palin)
