Jamie xx has been hovering around the lower reaches of the Chart for the past five weeks and then suddenly ... boom! He's No.1! Appropriately, he just had his first late night television appearance in support of his new album In Colour on Monday. He brought along a few friends for the performance including his xx bandmates and Jehnny Beth of Savages.

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win tickets to TV on the Radio's sold out show at First Avenue on Thursday, July 30!

Three inductees to the Hall of Fame this week: My Morning Jacket, who'll be in town for two performances at Northrop June 26 and 27; Mumford and Sons, who'll be stopping in Waverly, IA this Saturday; and for the first time, Houndmouth, one of the bands that Jade and David saw at Bonnaroo. Catch up with their reports from the massive Tennessee festival.

There are three new entries, too, the highest being another track from one of our Rock the Garden headliners: Modest Mouse! You can still get tickets for both days, and all the info you need is right here.

Speaking of Rock the Garden artists, JD McPherson—who plays on Sunday and came in at No.6 on the Chart this week—tells us that he and his band always enjoy playing in the Twin Cities. "I would say if there was a kind of like a spiritual home for us, it's the Twin Cities area," says McPherson.

Elle King makes her debut at #16, buoyed perhaps from a cracking recent performance in town at the Varsity Theater. She was another artist that Jade bumped into at Bonnaroo – they'd met in April when Elle recorded an in-studio session.

St. Vincent is back in the basement space with a single she debuted on HBO's Girls. She's also back collaborating with David Byrne for his astounding new Contemporary Color project where color guard teams "sync steps with musical luminaries for a bacchanalia of beats, sabre-spinning, and glitter cannons."
