Rock the Garden is this coming weekend. We've been talking about it for a while, and now it's just around the corner. On Saturday, the lineup features the Stand4rd, Lucius, Courtney Barnett, Conor Oberst, and Belle and Sebastian. Sunday's lineup features the Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger (with Sean Lennon), JD McPherson, Seun Kuti and Egypt 80, Babes in Toyland and Modest Mouse.

But all this talk about Rock the Garden has us thinking a lot about actual gardens and the flowers and plants that grow in them. As it happens, there are a lot of songs that reference flowers and other things you'll find growing in a garden.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, tell us how your garden grows. What songs do you want to hear that mention flowers or other plants? Send us your request.

Songs Played

Tommy James and the Shondells "Crimson and Clover"
Ween "Push the Little Daisies"
The Rolling Stones "Dandelion"
Booker T. Jones "Green Onions"
Courtney Barnett "Avant Gardener"
The Beach Boys "Vega-Tables"
