9:30 Coffee Break: Artists who rock with Pride
by Jill Riley and Sean McPherson
June 26, 2015
Today marks the beginning of Twin Cities Pride Weekend, with a number of events kicking off the festivities, including the Uptown Pride Block Party at Bryant-Lake Bowl tonight, as well as the Grown and Sexy Pride show tonight at First Avenue. And be sure to listen to The Current later today from 4 to 6 p.m., as Mark Wheat spins your Pride Party Anthems.
In honor of Twin Cities Pride, let's join in the celebrations by spinning those artists who rock with Pride — be they LGBTQ artists or artists who are LGBTQ allies.
UPDATE: As we were taking your requests, this breaking news came in: Supreme Court declares same-sex marriage legal in all 50 states
