Every Tuesday at 7:30am Wits host John Moe stops into the Morning Show to share the latest news in Technology.

This week, John Moe stopped by The Current's Morning Show to talk to Jill Riley and Sean McPherson to talk about Gmail's new "undo send" feature and an Internet archive of educational films from days gone by.

1. Gmail's new Undo Send feature

John thinks there are misperceptions out there about how powerful it is and what it can do. It can be effective but only if you plan ahead, which is not something people who send regrettable emails are known for. Although it doesn't suck incendiary emails out of other people's inboxes, but it can help avoid those embarrassing instances where you forget to send an attachment.

2. Internet Archive has huge new vault of educational films from days gone by

The Disney VD film in particular is worth seeing. "It's called 'VD: Attack Plan'," John explains. "They Disney-fy venereal disease, so you have syphilis and gonorrhea as these sort of thuggish, buck-toothed, surly blobs of hair that look like Disney characters."

John Moe hosts Wits at the Fitzgerald Theater. Check out video, photos and archived audio from previous shows and buy tickets for the current season at the Wits page. He also hosts the Home Dunk podcast from Infinite Guest.
