Earlier this morning, we discussed how the U.S. edition of Glamour magazine has come under fire for a recently published piece entitled, "13 Little Things That Can Make a Man Fall Hard for You." The list read like something out of a 1950s marriage-advice book; Glamour has since published a retraction and an apology, and it removed the post from its website.

In the apology, the editors of Glamour wrote, "We'll always be here to help you decode dating," and the publication has no plans to discontinue its articles on relationships and dating advice.

It just so happens that a number of songwriters have also wandered into the realm of dishing out relationship advice: how to behave, how to treat the object of your affection, and so forth.

So for today's Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that dispense relationship advice in the lyrics? Send us your requests.

Songs Played

Paul Simon - "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover"
Dramarama - "Anything, Anything I'll Give You"

Loretta Lynn - "Don't Come Home A'Drinkin' (with Lovin' on You Mind)"
