Father John Misty steals the top of the Chart this week from Courtney Barnett as she graduates to the Chart Show Hall of Fame with "Depreston." After two weeks, Tame Impala and Wolf Alice surprise us by sliding off the top 20. Top moves on the Chart come from the Stave's with "Teeth White" moving up seven spots to No.3; Beck's "Dreams" moving up from No.20 to No.7; and Brandi Carlile's "The Eye" falls nine spots to No.12. The Chemical Brothers debut at No.14 and Django Django land the bottom of the Chart ahead of their upcoming show at First Avenue.

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win tickets to Jame Vincent McMorrow's show at the Minnesota Zoo's Weesner Family Amphitheater on Monday, Aug. 24!

A wave of change is coming! Fourteen out of twenty songs on the Chart are halfway to entering the Chart Show Hall of Fame. It's your last chance to push Dawes, JD McPherson and Benjamin Booker to the top of the Chart, or vote them away from making the Hall of Fame. Predictions for next week: Desaparecidos, Best Coast, and Bully appear to be waning in popularity while the Staves seem to have found a hit on their debut album. It never hurts to have some cred from working with Justin Vernon of Bon Iver.
