This weekend, St. Paul hosts the best teams in women's roller derby — the 2015 International Women's Flat Track Derby Association championships. Teams from Nashville, Dallas, San Francisco, London and elsewhere are converging on St. Paul pursuit of women's flat track roller derby's highest honor. The competition includes the local squad, the Minnesota RollerGirls, who will face the Texas Rollergirls in the first bracket of the single-elimination tournament.

Roller derby and music go hand in hand, and a lot of tunes pair well with roller derby: songs about skating, of course, but also funk tunes as well as songs about big hits and empowerment.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear to create a great roller derby soundtrack? Send us your requests.
