Tonight in downtown St. Paul, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's nine-week "The River" tour makes a stop at the Xcel Energy Center.

Ever since his big breakthrough in 1975, the New Jersey-born Springsteen has garnered legions of fans the world over. But earlier in his career, Springsteen played club gigs with a band and took on the task of collecting the band's nightly pay and distributing it among his bandmates; this role gave Springsteen his nickname, "The Boss." Although he wasn't crazy about the "Boss" nickname at first, Springsteen has come to accept it as a term of endearment from his fans.

To celebrate the Boss's visit to St. Paul, we're thinking about songs that mention a boss, a supervisor or a manager, and songs about the workplace in general.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention a 'boss' figure or are set in the workplace? Send us your requests.
