Yesterday Rolling Stone published the 27 best Republican excuses for skipping the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this year.

These individuals could be skipping the RNC because they have constituents that are anti-Trump, because they, themselves are not fans, or in some cases because they actually just cannot attend. Either way, some of the excuses are hilarious. The highlights include getting their hair done, mowing the lawn, watching dumpster fires, attending a clam bake and touring a library.
