Behold! Our most divisive Coffee Break topic of the year.

It's pretty simple - Christmas in July refers to any Christmas celebrations that happen in the month of July. Not all parts of the planet are lucky enough to have a wintertime Christmas, so in order to enjoy that wintry feeling, some countries in the Southern hemisphere that have seasons reverse to ours (like Australia, New Zealand and Argentina) will observe Christmas in July.

You might love it, you might hate it, but let's face it, Santa Clause is coming to town.

What Christmas songs do you want to hear for our "Christmas in July" Coffee Break?

Thanks to Jane for the idea!

Songs played

Christmas Means Love - Sam Cooke
Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree - The Brian Setzer Orchestra
Christmas At The Airport - Nick Lowe
Just Like Christmas - Low
We Are Santa's Elves
Merry Christmas (I Don't Want To Fight Tonight) - Ramones
The Man with all the Toys - The Beach Boys

Do you deserve a Coffee Break? We at Oake & Riley think you do, and we want to bring coffee and treats from Gigi's Cafe to your workplace. In addition, we'll bring along local artist Chris Koza to perform a couple of songs for you and your coworkers. Let us know why you'd like a Coffee Break - or request your own idea for a future topic.

And if you'd like a song played just for you based on your life experience, request a song for Rx Radio.
