Beck holds on to the top spot for the second week, but how long can he hold off the Head and the Heart!? They're the highest new entry at No.3 this week. The new album, Signs of Light doesn't come out until Sept. 9, but they obviously have a strong following! Get your tickets early for their Northrop gig on Oct. 13!

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win tickets to Wilco and Kurt Vile at Historic Hall's Island on Saturday, Aug. 20!

No. 4 Haley Bonar continues her upward progress with the first single from our Impossible Dream, The Current's Album of the Week. She joined Lucius for a few shows on their recent tour including one at the weekend where I had the pleasure of introducing them in front of 8,500 peeps from the rockin' Rochester posse! Haley's going to have a big fall touring the States and Europe, but her only scheuduled local gig is Sept. 24 at the State Theater in Eau Claire, WI.

Phantogram are the biggest upward movers this week, 13 places to No.6. Earlier this week on Twitter they revealed that there are "production problems" holding up the release of the new album Three until Oct. 7, though they promised more new music coming our way before too long.

Chance The Rapper comes in at No.9 with "Blessings," and it sounds like he's showering them on Chicago, his hometown: He was at Lollapalooza at the weekend, played a "secret show" at the Metro and he announced a huge festival of his own for Sept. 24, the first gig in 13 years at the home of the White Sox.

Chance will also be gracing the Summer Set stage in Somerset, WI happening Aug. 12 to 14 along with our own hometown hip-hop heroes Atmosphere, who are back on the chart at No.13. They're already producing videos for Fishing Blues and want to give fans a first listen of the album at Muddy Waters on Aug. 11.

Joseph, a trio of sisters from Portland, make their debut this week. Their album is not out until Aug. 26 but we had an early chance to hear them perform some of the new songs live in our studio back in June.

The Tallest Man On Earth wraps up the North American leg of his tour in support of the well-received Dark Bird Is Home album at the Edmonton Folk Festival this weekend before returning to Sweden for their biggest festival of the season, Way Out West in Gothenburg. He left us with a single, new at No.20 this week, and debuted video.
