Two clown-related news stories have been making the Oake & Riley staff uncomfortable lately.

A creepy clown with black balloons is walking around Green Bay, WI, freaking out the residents, and a colony of clowns in Greenville, SC is reportedly attempting to lure children into the woods.

Who are these clowns? And why are they clowns?!
