Loretta Lynn has been released from a Nashville hospital after several days of treatment following a May 4 stroke. The country legend has been moved into rehabilitation and is "doing great," according to a post on her website. (Billboard)

Kansai Yamamoto Honored at Louis Vuitton Show

Fashion designer Kansai Yamamoto was honored at a Louis Vuitton show in Japan on Sunday. The 73-year-old Yamamoto posed with admirers including Tyga as the French label showcased a new collection paying homage to some of Yamamoto's visual trademarks. Music fans know Yamamoto as a longtime collaborator with David Bowie.

Yamamoto, as Billboard notes, "is known for creating some of Bowie's most iconic looks in his Ziggy Stardust era, like the Tokyo Pop vinyl jumpsuit, asymmetric one-shouldered (and one-legged) knitwear and a matching white cape embroidered with Japanese characters."

Dave Grohl debuts new song

At an acoustic charity concert in San Francisco on Monday night, Dave Grohl debuted a new song: "The Sky is a Neighborhood." Grohl was accompanied by his Foo Fighters bandmate Taylor Hawkins, as well as collaborator Rami Jaffee. (Rolling Stone)

What Benjamin Booker and Katy Perry have in common

What do guitar-slinger Benjamin Booker and pop star Katy Perry have in common? An album title. Booker has already released the title track to his forthcoming album, and Perry's Witness has just been announced for June 9: one week after Booker's disc drops.

"I wonder what her reasoning for her album title is," Booker told Billboard, "and I wonder if...nah, she doesn't know who I am. That's impossible. But if she's out there and wants to reach out, we can have a nice chat about the title Witness."

Ian Brown testifies against former teacher

Ian Brown of the Stone Roses has testified, in a U.K. court, against his former schoolteacher. Fred Talbot has been convicted of indecent assault on students and is facing additional charges. Brown "told the court that Talbot tried to abuse one of his friends during a camping trip to Scotland in 1977 or '78," notes Pitchfork.

Lifetime releases Jackson biopic trailer

Lifetime has released a first trailer for a Michael Jackson biopic. Searching for Neverland, which premieres May 29, stars Navi: the self-proclaimed "world's greatest" Michael Jackson impersonator. (Rolling Stone)
