Beck climbs to the top this week after completing his string of support shows for U2. He doesn't have any more dates posted on his very slick website but you can order Colors which is now set for release on October 13.

Hippo Campus bounce back onto the chart at #2, with "Baseball" from an EP they recorded at Pachyderm in Canon Falls recently, but apparently they played it at Rock The Garden... 2016!

Another local returns at #14, Chastity Brown has now charted three times from the album Silhouette of Sirens and it was one of the tracks she performed live in our studios.

Congrats to Foo Fighters for making it to #1 on Billboard's chart (a bit bigger than ours where they're #13). It was this week back in 1990 when Dave Grohl joined Nirvana, just before they recorded Nevermind and changed the world! Has a drummer from one band ever made such a HOOJ success of a second career?! Aside from Phil Collins of course.

Courtney Barnett and Kurt Vile have both done sessions for us live, separately AND they have both been on stage at Rock The Garden, separately... but now they're... together! They play The Palace October 25 with Barnett's partner Jen Cloher opening. It's been sold out for awhile, but hopefully we'll get them in studio again, maybe all 3 together?! The album Lotta Sea Licei> comes out October 13 and here's the most recent video.

Robert Plant is back in at #16 with a track from Carry Fire which will be out October 13 and he just announced a show at The Orpheum February 22, 2018.

But Robert is NOT the oldest new entry on the chart this week! In her eighth decade of singing Mavis Staples is literally a living legend who still likes to try new things, like trying to deal with America's racism in her music head on with long time friend and producer Jeff Tweedy of Wilco. Our friends at NPR detailed the release of the first song from their forth coming album.

Arcade Fire stay at #4 this week, but their gig here is looming, Xcel Energy Center October 29. We have a chance for you to get cheap tickets OR a luxury suite! Deadline to register for a chance of winning is coming up this Sunday!

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win a pair of passes to The War On Drugs at the Palace Theatre!
