Back on Dec. 12, 2017, Jack White announced his forthcoming third solo album, Boarding House Reach, is in the works. White accompanied the announcement with an enigmatic sonic collage hinting at the new album's sound.

Now, on Jan. 10, 2018, Jack White has released "Connected by Love," the first single from Boarding House Reach, along with companion album track "Respect Commander." The Current's Jade will give "Connected by Love" its on-air debut on Jan. 10, just before noon.

The release of the new track "Connected by Love" is accompanied by this music video directed by Pasqual and filmed on location in Los Angeles and in Nashville.

Both songs are now available in digital format. Meanwhile, a seven-inch vinyl featuring both songs is being manufactured at Third Man Pressing in Detroit, is available for purchase online.

For those in Nashville or Detroit, Jack White is making available a limited-edition three-color seven-inch vinyl that will be available for purchase at Third Man Records' bricks-and-mortar locations on Saturday, Jan. 13, while supplies last.

A release date for Boarding House Reach remains to be announced.
