Nominated for two BRIT Awards this week, for artist and album of the year, Michael Kiwanuka is Number One for the first time and will be at The Palace on February 3rd.

Shirley Bassey is the only singer to have done it thrice, but Adele, Duran Duran and Sir Paul McCartney have all put this particular feather in their career cap, and now... Billie Eilish, highest new entry at seven gets to do the theme for the next James Bond movie!!

And speaking of movies, Lana Del Rey recorded her version of Donovan's big hit, new at #8 this week, for the Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark soundtrack.

Playing a sold out show at The Fine Line tonight is a great way to celebrate our debuting artist at thirteen. Grammy-nominated Yola is getting raves wherever she plays, here's one from Chicago if you missed her.

HAIM are practicing the slow roll out, no full album details or tour but another song with a familiar title 'Hallelujah' is now posted on their site. It seems like artists today either chose this gradual process or... BOOM they release a 'surprise' album all at once. It's been a slow burn for this first new song, in at fourteen.

Appropriately enough Heart Bones are kicking off their first big national tour with a sold out show at The Turf Club on Valentine's! New at nineteen is the first single from the album 'Hot Dish' which drops February 21st.

It's the first time that Texas instrumental trio Khruangbin have ever worked with another vocalist, and what a voice! Leon Bridges lends his weight to a new EP coming February 8th called Texas Sun. They are new in at #20 and have just released "C-Side" the second song from this collaboration.

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win a family four pack of lift tickets for Afton Alps at the Rock the Cradle Pop Up Ski Party in Hastings, MN on January 26, 2020.
