Our Number One artist this week is inducted to our Chart Hall of Fame for the seventh time! Lizzo is ours to love as a 'local celebrity' but the town she grew up in is proud of her too. This weekend will see her biggest shows yet in Houston and they're getting ready, with...donuts?!

Last week's #1 drops to two which is appropriate for Nathaniel Rateliff. So who would you agree to OPEN shows for, after just doing two headlining nights solo at The State Theater. Who would he drop to Number Two for... Bob Dylan? Yes, he has, for a big string of dates this year on The Never Ending Tour.

An artist that we first encountered in Iceland two years ago, Soccer Mommy, is the biggest upward mover to three. She has garnered good reviews and lots of mainstream press for her new 'Color Theory' album, including on NPR.

Ending a ten week run at five is Big Thief, who are inducted to the Chart Hall of Fame for the very first time. Atmosphere also gets in for the fifth time putting them up to #34 on the All Time HOF Chart, and for the eleventh time Bon Iver are inducted, putting them at Number Two All Time behind The Black Keys, who also announced a tour recently with Gary Clark Jr. opening a lot of the show.

Slipping five places to nine, Jason Isbell was one of the first Nashville based musicians to step forward when Basement East, a beloved venue was destroyed in the tornado last week. He played a big benefit show on Monday, with Brandi Carlile, Soccer Mommy and others, and there are lots more springing up to help those affected.

After admitting that Polica, at eleven, are my fave local band to emerge in the past decade, I'm thrilled they're back at Rock The Garden this year with another stellar line up. It's a nice balance of some old pals who've supported the station in the past Tegan and Sara, and Brittany Howard, who could both headline! And introducing local artists who have got the buzz going, Dua Saleh and Gully Boys. We announced it yesterday and tickets are on sale for members.

Down to twelve this week, Best Coast played First Ave on Monday night and stopped by to do an in-studio with Jade.

And our only new entry Glass Animals stopped in last week to tell a powerful story and play some awesome songs with Jill Riley.

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win a First Ave 50th Anniversary Prize Pack: one pair of guest list passes to each show in the Mainroom - Heart Bones on April 2, The Hold Steady on April 3, Golden Smog on April 4 and Neko Case on April 5 - all in Minneapolis, MN.
