Nap time is the new Coffee Break

A Washington Post column has been making the rounds that examines the pros and cons of napping in the middle of the day -- a luxury afforded to some folks that have transitioned to working from home during the pandemic.
For some, catching just a 20 minute snooze can enhance creative problem-solving, boost and restore brain power, improve memory, create joy, and help decrease frustration and impulsivity. So maybe that afternoon cup of joe could be effectively replaced with a nap if you're in a position to do so, huh?
