On this weekend's episode, David Campbell will be in joined in the studio by Greg Grease and DJ Just Nine. Greg is preparing to release his new Black King Cole EP, and he'll perform songs from that record, as well as his debut Cornbread, Pearl and G.

Dan Israel will also be in to talk about his 25+ years in the music world. He's got a new anthology record on the way, plus a new album of original material.

David will also talk with Mark Wheat about our upcoming Local Music Exchange with KXT in Dallas. We'll be featuring tracks from Strange Names, The Ericksons, Frankie Lee, Low and Cloud Cult.

And if that wasn't enough, Andrea Swensson will sit down with Sims to discuss his new single with Astronautalis, and she'll also interview hardcore punkers Condominium who have a new 7" coming out on Sub Pop.

South Minneapolis rapper Greg Grease knew he had to get his debut album "Cornbread, Pearl and G" out to the masses before the end of 2012. If anything, it would be a good holiday gift to family and friends. What he didn't know was that the record would end up making just about every best album list from local critics.
