The American folk-rock band Trampled by Turtles and alternative rock group Wilco will be part of the 2020 Summer Concert Series at the Treasure Island Amphitheater on Saturday, September 19.

Hailing from Duluth, Minnesota, Trampled by Turtles bring their celebrated sound of signature harmonies, the lightning fast speed of their playing and energized stage presence to this outdoor concert. The sextet features their core instruments of guitar, fiddle, banjo, cello, mandolin and upright bass.

Playing to sold-out crowds, Trampled by Turtles creates music that has a wide appeal with songs that reflect the variety of their influencers, such as Neil Young, Bob Dylan and The Cars. Three of the band’s albums, Palomino, Stars and Satellites and their newest release, Life Is Good on the Open Road, all reached the number one spot of the Billboard charts.

Chicago-based Wilco has had great success in being stylistically diverse. The band’s accomplishments include A Ghost Is Born, Sky Blue Sky, Wilco (The Album) and The Whole Love landing in the top 10 albums spot on the US charts. The album A Ghost Is Born also received a Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music. The band’s most recent album release, Ode to Joy, is receiving positive reviews.
