Craigslist is known as a place to sell your old couch or buy a new bike, but for the elecro-trip-pop duo Bitter:Sweet, it's a place to find your bandmate.

Formerly of Supreme Beings of Leisure, Kiran Shahani posted an ad for a female vocalist, and Shana Halligan responded thus forming Bitter:Sweet in 2006. The Los Angeles natives describe their sound as "shag rug" laid back music. On their first trip to the Twin Cities, they stopped by the studio to chat with Steve Seel.
