In preparation for his seventh album, due out on October 19th, local folky singer-songwriter Ben Weaver took some time off from being a full-time musician in order to experience life in a different way.

Also pulling on his varied interests, he's been putting on a three-show residency at the Bryant Lake Bowl with collaborators from the local culinary, literary and music communities. He also hopes to do his next tour on bike to lessen the environmental impact of touring.
