Local five-piece Joey Ryan and the Inks have been winning fans over with their energetic stage presence since they formed in 2009. Many of the members knew each other through other musical dealings around town and playing in various bands together.

Their debut full length album, "Well, Here We Are Then," was recorded and produced in Joey's basement. The record was named one of the best releases of 2009 by both the Pioneer Press and the Star Tribune.

Joey Ryan and the Inks stopped by The Current studios to play us some of their songs for The Local Show.
