Today in 1998, all four original members of Black Sabbath reunited to play "Paranoid" on the David Letterman Show. That's about all the excuse we need to play it.

Today In:

1964 - Roy Orbison's "Oh, Pretty Woman" went Gold on this day after spending 15 weeks on the chart.

1970 - Jim Morrison of The Doors was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $500 for exposing himself in Miami.

1971 - John Lennon's Imagine was #1. It was Lennon's only solo disc to sell a million and his most popular until the release of Double Fantasy in 1980.

1978 - The TV movie "Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park" aired on NBC.

1990 - Axl Rose was released on $10,000 bail, after being arrested for allegedly hitting a neighbor over the head with a bottle. The incident happened after a complaint to the police about loud music coming from the singer's house.

2002 - Jam Master Jay from Run-DMC was murdered by an assassin's single bullet at his recording studio in Queens, New York.
