Black Diet stopped by The Current studio to chat with Local Show host David Campbell and to play tunes off their debut full-length Find Your Tambourine.

Black Diet — Jonathan Tolliver, vocals; Mitch Sigurdson, guitar; David Tullis, drums; Garrison Grouse, bass; Sean Richrd, keys; Mugsy, vocals — came together via Craigslist. It's only a coincidence that all band members have great hair.

The recent Vita.MN Are You Local? winners have been booked for a handful of summer festivals and block parties around the Twin Cities as a result.
