On Saturday, Sept. 19, Trampled by Turtles will be hosting Festival Palomino at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minn. "As a band," lead singer Dave Simonett says, "Trampled by Turtles always envisioned creating a Minnesota festival featuring the music of some of our favorite musicians."

Looking at the Festival Palomino lineup, Trampled by Turtles' favorite musicians include Dr. Dog, Father John Misty, Laura Marling, Benjamin Booker, Shakey Graves, Calexico, Lydia Loveless, and the Lowest Pair.

And let's not forget the lineup includes Trampled by Turtles themselves. Given that these artists are popular among The Current's listeners, too, let's create a playlist that provides a preview of Festival Palomino.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear by artists who are playing Festival Palomino? Send us your requests.
