Just last month Ben Folds released So There, a new collaborative album and his first release since 2012's The Sound of the Life of the Mind with the reunited Ben Folds Five.

Though he's performed live with ensembles for more than a decade, So There marks Ben Folds' first recorded album with an orchestra. It features eight chamber pop tracks with the yMusic Ensemble (three strings, three winds) and one piano concerto co-commissioned by the Nashville Symphony and Minnesota Orchestra.

The week of its release, Ben Folds performed live in-studio with yMusic for The Current and even chatted with his doppelganger, host Bill DeVille, about the new album.

Riding on the success of So There, which peaked at No.6 on Billboard's Alternative Albums chart and features the hit single "Phone in a Pool," The Current will host an exclusive show and happy hour at the Turf Cub featuring a performance by Ben Folds.

This is an exclusive event. The only way to get on the guest list is through The Current either on air (stay tuned!) or by entering for a chance to win tickets using the form below. Good luck!
