We're moving into the real part of the Minnesota winter, so here's a soundtrack for having the windows rolled up, wearing gloves in the car and feeling cold to the bottom of our souls. This week on the Message, Sanni Brown and Sean McPherson bring you music to accompany that cold: dark, stark, piercing and powerful.

We'll be playing songs by Juice Lord, Force MDs, and Nas. We'll also hear new music from Astralblak off their upcoming EP "Space and Time," and we will also be honoring the legacy of St. Paul Rapper Lexii Alijai who recently passed away at the beginning of the year.
