We’re celebrating the priceless friends that show up in a crisis, friends! Tonight on The Message!

National Rescue Dog Day was earlier this week so I wanted to do a show about the people who rescue us in real life! We’ll start the show with a famous lyric from this artist who was discovered in a New York nightclub, then brand new music. Three music news stories about who’s worthy of rescue in hip-hop culture. A set of music with tips about how to tell if someone is your ‘dawg’, a set of music to illustrate what ‘rescue’ feels like. And then your Messenger of the Evening will close out the show with a three-song set dedicated to rescue.
