Gramma’s Boyfriend
When you first read the name Gramma’s Boyfriend, it brings an uncomfortable, funny feeling. But when you first hear Gramma's Boyfriend, the feeling becomes something new, slightly terrifying, and fun. The five members include frontwoman Haley, Jeremy Ylvisaker (Cloak Ox, Alpha Consumer, Andrew Bird), Mark Erickson, (Cloak Ox), Luke Anderson (Rogue Valley), and Jacob Hanson (Actual Wolf, Haley Bonar, All Tomorrow’s Petty), who join forces to create the psychedelic dance punk that is guaranteed to make you move. Think Blondie, Devo, and Suburban Lawns meet Dead Kennedys. But don’t think too much. Gramma’s Boyfriend certainly doesn’t. And that is the whole point.
Black Widows

Black Widows are a punk surf-roxotica band from Minneapolis founded by guitarist Corinne Caouette and bassist Pamela Laizure. Kim Mancini has been holding down the drum throne since 2018. Black Widows’ storm of wily surf guitars and gritty girl-group harmonies ride the waves of easy, sleazy bass grooves and hip switchin', heavy hittin’ beats.
The Nunnery
The Nunnery begins with one voice, layered upon itself becoming a lush soundscape.

Sarah Elstran is an independent musician that bridges the gap between bright-eyed pop composition and hands-on atmospheric live layering of voice. Her vocal loops give us the kind of detail and wide multi-octave range that we might come to expect from a marquee pop star, while her production decisions continually keep us guessing as to what rabbit holes her tracks might fall into next.
