It was a lovely autumn weekend in the Minnesota River Valley for the annual Rock Bend Folk Festival. September 2010 marked the 20th anniversary of the festival, a music and art event that has brought local, regional, national and even international musicians to Minnesota Square Park in St. Peter.
Radio Heartland was present at the festival and presented a broadcast of highlights from the weekend, featuring such acts as The Abalone Dots from Sweden, Crooked Still from Boston, April Verch from Canada and others.
This in-studio feature aired on Radio Heartland February 19, 2011.
