The Los Angeles-based post-grunge Flogging Molly would best be described as a mix of traditional Irish music and spunky punk rock. Dave King formed the band and they got their start playing at the L.A. bar Molly Malones.

Their debut, "Swagger" was released in March 2000 and two years later, the band followed with "Drunken Lullabies". The band has had five releases since with their latest, Flogging Molly: Live at The Greek Theatre being released in March 2011. It's a double CD + full length DVD, capturing Flogging Molly's performance at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on September 12, 2009.

The band stopped by The Current studio and performed: "Saints and Sinners", "The Wanderlust" and "Requiem For A Dying Song".
