By now it's safe to say you've heard a little something about Howler, so we'll skip the preamble and cut straight to the chase: Howler's debut, America Give Up, was just released last week. Pitchfork gave it a 6.0. The Onion AV Club gave it a B. NME gave it an 8/10. And dozens upon dozens of media outlets compared them to the Strokes.
