There is a new art gallery opening in Northeast Minneapolis called Public Functionary. The grand opening and first exhibit, with contemporary artist Carlos Rolon (DZINE), both take place this weekend.
The Morning Show's Steve Seel sat down Tricia Khutoretsky, curator and director of Public Functionary to talk about the challenges of opening an art gallery in 2013, the mission of Public Functionary, and the upcoming exhibition season.
