9:30 Coffee Break: Duluth Bands

May 02, 2013

Duluth, MN bridge
Duluth is celebrating their music scene with a Homegrown Music Festival wrapping up this weekend.
Atwater Group

Right now, about an hour drive from the Twin Cities, Duluth is holding their Homegrown Music Festival. The event, celebrating all the locally made music, started April 28 and wraps up this weekend on May 5. Over 180 musical acts, a few films, and other locally produced art have been pouring out from every corner of the town to celebrate.

Since we're not up there to enjoy the music ourselves, let's enjoy some Duluthian music for today's 9:30 Coffee Break. What music from Duluth, MN artists do you want to hear?

And a reminder that you can check out the latest music and news from the Duluth music scene on the Duluth Local Show airing on the Local Current stream Wednesdays at noon and Thursdays at 11pm.
