WEEZER CRUISE GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO CONTRIBUTION OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY - MAKING A CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS GIVEAWAY

1. HOW TO ENTER THE ABOVE GIVEAWAY:

No contribution or purchase is necessary.

WEEZER CRUISE GIVEAWAY entries will be accepted between 06:00 a.m. CT Monday, November 11, 2013 and 11:59 p.m. CT Friday, November 15, 2013 (the "Entry Period").

Each week day during the Entry Period, the on-air hosts of the Sponsor's The Current will make two separate on-air announcements stating that a Weezer cruise entry password will be posted on The Current web site ( HYPERLINK "http://thecurrent.org" http://thecurrent.org) during the next hour.

Following each such on-air announcement, the first caller to 651-989-4893 who provides the correct password for that announcement will win a Prize of two (2) Weezer concert posters and will be entered in the random drawing for the Grand Prize. The Prize and Grand Prize are more fully described in Section 3 of these Official Rules.

No limit on the number of entries submitted in response to the on-air announcement. Limit one (1) Grand Prize Qualifying Entry per person and household. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified from the Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Open only to legal residents of any one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY UNLESS YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The following persons are not eligible: Persons who on or after March 1, 2013, were or are employees of Sponsor, Thirty Tigers, Rose Tours or related organizations, including American Public Media, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household. All applicable federal, state, and local rules apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZES:

A total of twenty (20) Prizes will be awarded. Each Winner of a Qualifying Prize will receive two (2) Weezer concert posters (one themed to the Blue album and one themed to the Pinkerton album) and will be entered to win the Grand Prize random drawing. Prize retail value: $30.00/each.

A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Two (2) Passes for the Weezer Cruise departing from Jacksonville Florida on February 13, 2014 (one (1) Ocean View Cabin on the Weezer Cruise for two (2) people). Includes: all meals, coffee, tea, iced tea & juices, 24-hour complimentary room service and pizzeria, full use of ship facilities: two pools, whirlpools, fitness center, casino, library, duty-free shopping & all carnival events. Total approximate value of Grand Prize: $2,696.00

The Grand Prize does not include the following: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the Contest Winner. This includes but is not limited to onboard gratuities of $10 per person per day; transportation to/from and within Jacksonville, FL, including port transfers; and accommodations in Jacksonville, FL before or after the sailing dates; passport fees; any items or services of a personal nature for which an extra charge or fee applies; and any and all other expenses that are not expressly included in the Grand Prize as described above, including but not limited to fuel surcharges. Items and services available for an additional fee include carbonated and alcoholic beverages, spa and beauty treatments, gambling, sessions with a personal fitness trainer, gifts for sale in ship shopping boutiques, and shore excursions.

Winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with using the Prize or Grand Prize, including but not limited to transportation to Jacksonville, FL/point of disembarkation. Prize and Grand Prize are nontransferable, not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Grand Prize is subject to applicable policies of Thirty Tigers, Rose Tours and Carnival Cruises. Grand Prize Winner must be 21 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 in the same cabin. Other restrictions may apply.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:

Prize Winners will be notified during the winning phone call, and may be announced on air or on line. Every Prize Winner will be deemed an Eligible Qualifying Entry in the drawing for the Grand Prize. (Collectively, the Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner are the "Winner".)

On Monday November 18, 2013 one (1) Grand Prize Winner and three (3) back up names will be randomly drawn from all Eligible Qualifying Entries. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail and must claim the prize voucher in person at the Sponsor's offices. Driver's license, valid passport, or other government-issued identification is required to claim the prize. 

If Sponsor is unable to reach the Grand Prize Winner, or if the Grand Prize Winner is unable to accept the Grand Prize by 9:00 a.m. CT on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, then the Grand Prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may award the Grand Prize to the first available back up until the Grand Prize is awarded.

Upon acceptance of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will submit the Grand Prize Winner's full legal name, email address, mailing address and phone number to Thirty Tigers . Thirty Tigers will send the Grand Prize Winner a Passenger Prize Confirmation including the detailed terms and conditions associated with the Weezer Cruise. Grand Prize Winner must sign and return the Passenger Prize Confirmation to Thirty Tigers to confirm that the Grand Prize Winner understands and accepts the detailed terms and conditions associated with the Weezer Cruise and the Grand Prize. Failure to return the signed document to Thirty Tigers by December 10, 2013, may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting Winner are on file at Sponsor. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.

5. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:

By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless Sponsor, Thirty Tigers, Rose Tours, Carnival Cruise Line, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the sweepstakes or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize, however caused.

6. SPONSOR'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:

These Official Rules are subject to modification by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses the entry process, or who otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this giveaway if, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of completion as planned, including due to force majeure or non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.

7. INTERNET and PHONE:

If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other Internet or Phone causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMPATIBILITY OF ENTRANT'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY WITH SPONSOR'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHERREMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and that Sponsor and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the giveaway. Sponsor, Thirty Tigers, Rose Tours or related organizations may use Winner's name and likeness for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes without further compensation. Expenses as a result of winning this prize, including but not limited to any and all applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the Winner.

9. RESTRICTIONS:

By participating in the giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the giveaway Sponsor.
