Prince's hairstyles: an illustrated chronology
February 09, 2014

London-based illustrator Gary Card has taken album covers, press images and paparazzi shots of the Purple One and compiled them into an impressive chronology: Prince's hair. With Prince in London for a few shows, he was moved to publish his work on Instagram.
Inspired by the fact that, as of late, his hairstyle has come full circle, Card set out to document the (r)evolution, which is especially stunning as a slideshow.
A poster of the artwork appeared in BEAT magazine, Issue 9, but in the meantime, Card is enjoying a significant uptick in internet popularity.
