Food Network host of Heartland Table, Amy Thielen, brings her extensive knowledge of Midwest cooking to Eating and Drinking.

This week Amy spoke to The Morning Show's Jill Riley about her residency this month at the Walker Art Center. She discussed the small dishes she'll be bring to the Walker on March 6th and taping a Food Network show from her kitchen in Minnesota.

Amy Thielen, is a former New York Chef and a Minnesota native that hosts her Food Network show from her home in Minnesota, and is the author of The New Midwestern Table: 200 Heartland Recipes.
