Fort Wilson Riot take it back to the '80s for the slinky, sexy new pop jam "Yes Indeed," while the theatrical elements of the video remind me of the ambitious album and indie rock opera the band put on back in 2006, Idigaragua.

A sweet tribute to Trampled by Turtles' "Alone"

This will warm your heart right up. Maple Grove native Nikki MacFarlane is a special education teacher currently based in Lincoln City, Oregon. Her class recently performed a dance routine set to Trampled by Turtles' song "Alone," and the performance created such excitement at the school that they decided to post the video to YouTube—and as her friend Eric Austin told the Current recently, the video eventually made its way back to the members of the band who wrote and recorded the song. "They liked it so much that they contacted her and are sending the class t-shirts, albums, and offered them free tickets too," Eric writes.

Mac Irv tells his story

College basketball star-turned-rising hip-hop phenom Mac Irv opens up about his journey in the new video for "No Place Like Home," a song that finds him meditating on leaving his favorite sport behind while walking through familiar Minneapolis landmarks like First Avenue, the Stone Arch Bridge, and the Target Center. Har Mar Superstar heads to Lowertown

Har Mar recently performed on tpt's music series Lowertown Line, and for the last song of his set, they conducted a grand experiment: What would it look like if all 300 fans filmed Har Mar as he performed?
