Over the weekend The Eels played at The Fitzgerald Theater and towards the end of the show brought out a special surprise guest, Steve Perry of Journey. Perry joined them for an Eels song and then played a couple of Journey songs. It reminded us of other unusual pairings in the music world. We're thinking about a strange featured artist on a song or an unusual duet.

Let us know what strange pairings from the musical world you would like to hear for the 9:30 Coffee Break.

Songs Played:
Jack White and Loretta Lynn - "Portland, Oregon"

Kanye West and Bon Iver - "Lost in the World"

Allman and Woman (Gregg Allman and Cher) - "You've Really Got a Hold on Me"
