Today Michael Rand chatted with The Morning Show's Jill Riley and Steve Seel about:

1) Kevin Love spent the weekend in Boston. You know, just sightseeing. No big deal. Wolves boss Flip Saunders talked to the media over the weekend and said he expects Love to still be with the Timberwolves next season. Is he just posturing? I think so.

2) Just when you think it's safe to write off the Twins, they go and win two of three games in Yankee Stadium. Highlighting their weekend: a huge rally Sunday, winning 7-2 after trailing 2-1 going into the ninth inning. Is this year's team different? After exactly 1/3 of the season, I'm at least cautiously optimistic about a few things.

3) Some of us thought the Lynx would struggle a little early this season with some key players missing time due to injuries. Instead, they are 7-0 after another win Sunday. So much for that theory. They're just as dominant as ever.
